Sudacar is an electronic platform that aims to facilitate communication between individuals and companies wishing to:

• Sell cars.
• Buy cars.
• Rent out cars.
• Rent cars.
• Sell and rent out motorcycles.
• Sell and rent out vehicles of all types.
• Display imported vehicles or those intended to be imported into Sudan.

The role of Sudacar is limited to providing an electronic platform for publishing advertisements and connecting sellers or lessors with buyers or lessees, and it is not considered a party to any contract, agreement, or transaction that takes place between users.

The user acknowledges and agrees that:

• 1 All published advertisements are created and managed by their respective owners.
• 2 Sudacar does not review, inspect, or verify the validity of all data, images, specifications, prices, or documents related to advertisements before publication.
• 3 Sudacar does not guarantee that the information contained in the advertisement is correct, complete, updated, or true to reality.
• 4 Sudacar assumes no responsibility for any false, misleading, or incomplete information provided by the advertiser.
• 5 Sudacar assumes no responsibility for any errors in the year of manufacture, model, vehicle condition, odometer, ownership, specifications, country of origin, or any other data.

Each user wishing to buy or rent any vehicle acknowledges the following:

• 1 That their personal responsibility requires inspecting the vehicle themselves or through a specialist before completing any transaction.
• 2 Verifying that the vehicle matches the description, pictures, and specifications contained in the advertisement.
• 3 Verifying the legal ownership of the vehicle.
• 4 Verifying the integrity of official documents.
• 5 Ensuring that the vehicle is free of any legal restrictions, disputes, or third-party rights.
• 6 Not transferring any financial amounts, paying down payments, fees, or installments except after complete verification of the vehicle and the validity of its data.

The user alone bears the consequences of any payment or financial transfer transaction completed without performing this verification.

Each advertiser is committed to the following:

• Providing true and accurate information.
• Publishing real photos of the vehicle whenever possible.
• Not publishing misleading information.
• Not pretending to own a vehicle they do not have the right to dispose of.
• Compliance with all applicable laws in the Republic of Sudan.

The advertiser alone bears full legal, civil, and criminal liability for the content of the advertisement.

Sudacar assumes no responsibility for:

• Validity of advertisements.
• Quality of vehicles.
• Safety of vehicles.
• Vehicle's technical condition.
• Mechanical or electrical breakdowns.
• Previous accidents.
• Odometer tampering.
• Forgery of documents.
• Ownership transfer.
• Payment of the price.
• Delivery of the vehicle.
• Execution of the sale contract.
• Execution of the rental contract.
• Any financial losses or direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from using the website or application or relying on any published advertisement.

Sudacar is not a party to any financial transaction that takes place between users.

It assumes no responsibility for:

• Money transfers.
• Receipt of funds.
• Refund of funds.
• Down payments.
• Installments.
• Financial disputes.
• Financial fraud.
• Late payments.

All financial transactions are conducted at the sole responsibility of the contracting parties.

Any contract of sale, purchase, rent, import, or agreement entered into between users is considered an independent contract between them only.

Sudacar is not a party to it in any capacity, and assumes no legal obligation arising from it.

Sudacar does not provide vehicle inspection, evaluation, or certification services.

Any inspection report obtained from any external party is the sole responsibility of that party.

In the case of advertisements related to the import of vehicles:

• Sudacar does not guarantee the possibility of the vehicle entering Sudan.
• It does not guarantee the vehicle's compliance with customs requirements.
• It does not guarantee customs clearance procedures.
• It assumes no responsibility for fees, taxes, delays, or refusal of entry of the vehicle.

These responsibilities fall entirely on the contracting parties.

It is prohibited to publish any advertisement that includes:

• Stolen vehicles.
• Forged documents.
• Misleading data.
• Photos that do not belong to the vehicle.
• Fake prices.
• Fraudulent advertisements.
• Any advertisement that violates Sudanese laws.

Sudacar reserves the right to delete any advertisement without prior notice if it is found to violate this policy.

Sudacar may at any time and without incurring any liability:

• Suspend the account.
• Delete the account.
• Delete the advertisement.
• Stop the service.

If a violation of this policy or applicable laws is detected, or if there is activity suspected of being fraudulent or unlawful.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the legal liability of Sudacar, its directors, employees, partners, and representatives is excluded for any:

• Financial losses.
• Commercial losses.
• Loss of profits.
• Data loss.
• Direct damages.
• Indirect damages.
• Incidental damages.
• Consequential damages.
• Disputes between users.
• Fraud operations.
• Breach of contracts between users.

The user alone bears all risks associated with using the website or application.

The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sudacar from any claims, lawsuits, losses, liabilities, expenses, or legal fees arising from:

• Their violation of this policy.
• Their violation of laws.
• Their publication of misleading information.
• Their violation of the rights of others.
• Any dispute arising between them and any other user.

All intellectual property rights related to the website and application, including designs, logos, texts, software, and databases, are owned by Sudacar, and may not be used, copied, or republished without prior written consent.

Sudacar reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time, and the user's continued use of the website or application after the publication of modifications is considered an agreement to them.

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Republic of Sudan, and the competent courts in Sudan shall have jurisdiction to decide any dispute arising from it, unless the applicable law or jurisdiction dictates otherwise.

By using the Sudacar website or application, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• That Sudacar is merely an electronic platform for advertisements.
• That Sudacar is not a seller, buyer, lessor, or lessee.
• That Sudacar does not own the displayed vehicles.
• That Sudacar does not inspect vehicles.
• That Sudacar does not guarantee the accuracy of advertisements, photos, or specifications.
• That the responsibility for verifying the vehicle lies with the buyer or lessee before paying any financial amounts.
• That all sale, purchase, rent, or import transactions are carried out at the sole responsibility of the contracting parties.
• That Sudacar is not responsible for any dispute, loss, damage, or claim arising from using the platform or completing any transaction through it.
